I’ve been a Queen fan since the day I was born. After the release of the Bohemian Rhapsody movie, I was delighted to find out that there was a growing internet fandom of the band on social media and decided to settle for Tumblr, as it enables space for interesting discussions that go beyond the member’s physical appearance, but it also includes people of every age, which most of the time guarantees mature and high quality exchange of opinions.

How does Tumblr work? You can create text posts, share visuals like pictures and videos, post your art, audio tracks, create chats, receive private messages and also fanmail, which consists in “asks” that your readers send you, anonymously or not.
My blog apparently drew the attention of a few number of readers because I don’t like to censor opinions, even those that go against my personal preferences and thoughts. The reason behind this decision is because I often witness childish behaviour among fans that censor and block anyone who disagrees in the hope to promote only one way of thinking and seeing events. This policy apparently attracted curious anons, people that don’t feel comfortable with showing their identities when they mention uncomfortable topics.

I happened to receive controversial anon asks regarding Cameron Deacon and Luke Deacon as well – Queen’s bassist John Deacon’s sons – that Cameron decided to associate to my own words, using his followers to harass me after having accused me of bullying him (full report here)

alright so can you just move on? like cameron and the camily already forgot about it and you just keep spreading hate. like yes some of the things that they’ve said are childish but we’ve all moved on we’re just waiting for you. at this point you’re just seeking for fame (anonymous ask)

I am seeking for fame so much that nobody knows my name, face, age, social media (and god knows what you guys would have done if you had those info)

You all have already forgotten and moved on so well that yesterday I received hate and insults and now you are here judging me after I talked about very serious issues that are far from spreading hate. Oh, and also I get messages of people telling me that Cameron is calling me a bitch online in front of everyone 👍🏻 I don’t even want to imagine what awful things you are writing about me in that hell of a chat, what he is saying in those streams, and I’m trying not to know because it’s better for my health.

You don’t understand that I won’t allow you to hurt or get to the point to lead fragile people to commit suicide because a big boy isn’t mature enough to stay online without a responsible adult.
